We redesigned the app to bring to life FWD’s promise of
convenience and innovation for its clients.

How we Tech It Forward

We made FWD’s vision of changing how Filipinos do insurance
with a “one tapp app”. The approach is to enable app
personalization, and put an intuitive interface for customers to
appreciate the value of their policy more, and empower them to
manage their investments.

UX Strategy

The team conducted one-on-one interviews with Globe
customers to learn all about the customers’ needs,
wants, and common issues on managing their
accounts. The team also coordinated closely with
Globe to study the business requirements.

Once both studies were complete, the team crafted a
design solution that addresses both the customer and
the company’s needs and wants.
